1. Who runs this site

2. What this site is for
This website is informational. Prices and descriptions summarise the offer and are not a binding offer. A subscription or a bespoke site is concluded on app.verselli.be, under Verselli’s terms and conditions (app.verselli.be/terms) and the data processing agreement that is part of them. An Odoo project is concluded with an accepted proposal.
3. Intellectual property
The text, design, code, logo and the name “Verselli” on this site belong to Mohammed Haibout or to its licensors. Reproduction or reuse without written permission is not allowed.
4. No warranty
The site is put together with care but provided “as is”. No warranty is given that the information is complete, current or free of error. Verselli is not liable for damage arising from use of the site, except in the case of intent or gross fault and excepting any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. External links
This site sometimes links to third-party websites. Verselli has no control over those sites and is not responsible for their content.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. For disputes with businesses, the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, Mechelen division, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the jurisdiction rules of the Belgian Judicial Code (art. 624) apply; this clause does not derogate from them.
